I finally shared how I lost over 100lbs without surgery - link in profile at 2018: 316+ lbs (photo on left)Sep 18 2019: 270.4 lbsSep 18 2020: 211 lbs (photo on right)I wanted to be under 200 lbs by now.I wanted to be at my goal weight of 140 lbs + size 12 pants by now.This year (2020) I haven't lost much ... Compared to the same day last year, I'm down 59 pounds. My pants and shirts are looser than in March when I weighed the same as now.I'm stronger.I hadn't weighed myself im over a month because I kept obsessing over it. I thought about skipping today's weigh-in ...It's not about a number on the scale.It's about how I feel. How I look. How my clothes fit ...Thank you for reminding me that we couldn't do so much last year because of my physical limitations and this year I have a new life ...
