Directions:
1. Lay your Biscoff cookies on a lined baking sheet and temper your chocolate.
2. Add melted chocolate to a piping bag and cut the tip. Slowly pipe the chocolate over the biscuit, making your lines wider at the base and smaller at the top. Pipe two layers on top of each biscuit so itβs thick.
3. Sprinkle toppings over the melted chocolate. I used chopped pistachios, dried fruit, crushed cookies, candy cane, and sprinkles.
4. Refrigerate for 3-5 minutes until firm. Serve with milk or hot cocoa or use as toppers for cupcakes.
Dip in Milk. Add to cupcakes. Serve with ice cream. Eat.
